A safe, supportive space where you’re finally seen and understood.

You’ve spent years pushing yourself to keep up.
From the outside, it may even look like you’re doing just fine.

But inside, it feels relentless —

Life is a constant effort, like swimming upstream.
You swing between “too much” and “not enough.”
You push through… and you burn out.

If you’re ready for something to change — you’re in the right place.

If any of this feels familiar..

Newly diagnosed, self-identified or exploring ADHD or neurodivergence

Constantly overwhelmed, stressed or burnt out

Tired of masking, self-doubt and feeling like an an imposter

Struggling with motivation, focus or follow-through

Feeling stuck, even when you know what you want to do

Here's how coaching can help:

  • Learning about your ADHD, executive functioning and how your brain works

  • Becoming more aware of your needs and emotions and learning to regulate your nervous system

  • Knowing what truly motivates you and embracing your strengths

  • Rebuilding self-trust, self-acceptance and self-esteem

  • Understanding stress and reducing burnout cycles

  • Navigating perfectionism, impostor syndrome, or Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD)

  • Getting started when you feel stuck or overwhelmed

  • Breaking down goals and tasks so they feel more manageable

  • Following through without pushing yourself into exhaustion

  • Creating sustainable systems and routines that work with your brain

Ready to step out of the cycle of overwhelm and start putting yourself first? What would it feel like to be more grounded, empowered, and truly understood?

What is ADHD Coaching?

ADHD coaching is a specialised, neuro-affirmative form of support for people with ADHD.

It’s a collaborative, forward-looking process where we explore how your brain works — and what that means in your everyday life. It’s a space to meet yourself with curiosity and self-kindness.

In our individually tailored sessions, we explore your neurodivergence in context:

Your emotions, sensory needs, energy, focus, motivation and executive functioning.

We notice the patterns that keep repeating — the overwhelm, the burnout, the self-doubt — and gently uncover what’s underneath.

The aim of coaching is not to “fix” you — because you are not broken.

Instead, we identify your unique strengths and challenges through the lens of your neurodivergence and focus on small, sustainable shifts that fit your brain and your nervous system.

We will never force neurotypical systems onto you or try to change who you are.

No productivity pressure or 'try harder' advice. We won't push to override your limits.

We focus on what feels important to you and set goals that feel realistic and meaningful.

Coaching can nurture self-acceptance and self-compassion, helping you move through life with more ease and confidence. It offers space to reflect on who and where you are, reconnect with your values and strengths, and build a deeper sense of purpose and fulfilment.

Small, sustainable shifts that work

with your brain, not against it

Meet Saara

Helping neurodivergent brains feel clearer, calmer, and more confident.

Hi, I’m Saara. I work 1:1 with neurodivergent adults navigating life with a brain that works differently.

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or burnt out?

Newly diagnosed and not sure what to do next?

I can help you make sense of your experiences — and find a way forward that feels manageable and true to you.

Together, we’ll notice patterns, untangle thoughts, and discover strategies that actually work for you — in a calm, safe, judgment-free space.

Your neurodivergent brain holds strengths that may have been overlooked. I’m here to help you recognise them — and use them.

You don’t need to prepare or wait for the 'right' moment. All you need is curiosity to take the first step.

Your support is truly priceless 😌

Thank you so much for your consistent support. It’s helped me a lot — you believing in me.

In the beginning, I had very little hope that I was going to be able to do it. I was so overwhelmed by everything. And now things are shifting slowly — and I realise they are all right.

Knowing that I'm going to meet you and we have an appointment coming, I have the motivation to make progress.

You have no idea how much these sessions with you have meant for me.

It’s very calming for me to know that I have your support.
